"The contributions to Volumes 251 and 252 of Methods in Enzymology (Biothiols, Parts A and B) provide a comprehensive and detailed account of the methodology relating to the molecular mechanisms underlying the multiple functions of biothiols, with emphasis on their interaction at the biochemical and molecular biological levels in cellular reactions, with oxidants and other biological and clinical implications of thiols.
