  • default - probably 95% of all experiments use this.
  • Presaturation - minimizes large peaks such as residual solvent.
  • proton decoupled - increases sensitivity of nuclei other than proton.
  • COSY - correlated proton
  • NOESY - through space interaction proton
  • HSQC - proton carbon correlation
